The Role:
Work on high-profile, diverse matters across sectors such as healthcare, IT, security, property and retail. You’ll advise entrepreneurs, SMEs, large corporates, banks, and high-net-worth individuals on everything from M&A (buy-side and sell-side), private equity, and shareholder agreements to EMI schemes, restructuring and insolvency.
Recent highlights include:
* Designing EMI Share Option Plans for leading UK IT providers
* Implementing Management Equity Plans for digital transformation leaders
* Advising on a £12m veterinary practice sale
* Advising the largest independently-owned veterinary group in the UK on its new ‘partnership programme’
* Structuring Family Investment Companies for estate planning
* Acting on strategic acquisitions in the funeral and security sectors
* Advising Drusillas Park on acquiring Urban Jump trampoline park
