Are you looking for a long-term opportunity? We are actively seeking dedicated and reliable Factory Operatives to join our client’s team at a well-established food packing site in Ledbury.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are hardworking, eager to learn, and looking to grow within the manufacturing sector. Full training is provided – no previous experience in food production is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating within a fast-paced food production facility, primarily focused on packaging and handling food products.
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the production area to comply with food safety regulations.
* Assisting with general production duties, including loading, weighing, and labelling.
* Working efficiently as part of a team in a cold environment (protective clothing and PPE provided).
Working Hours:
* This is a rotational shift Monday to Friday, alternating weekly between:
* Morning Shift: 06:00 – 14:00
* Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:30
