Job Title

Receptionist/Administrator


Location

CGH Partnership, Basingstoke


Salary

£24,960.00


Hours

37.5 hours per week (5 positions)


Main Responsibilities

* Respond to patient queries and liaise with the wider primary care team.
* Manage appointment requests and signpost patients to a range of services.
* Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
* Email, scan, and code clinical correspondence.
* Process prescription requests.
* Utilise information systems to support efficient workflow processes.


Qualifications and Experience

* Reception or customer care experience essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email).
* Ability to work within procedures and maintain data security.
* Previous NHS experience welcome but not essential.
