 
        A unique opportunity has arisen for senior manager to oversee the delivery of Child Health and Screening Services across NHSGGC. Reporting to the Head of Primary Care we are looking for a dynamic, collaborative, and adaptable leader to join our team. It is an exciting time to join our service as we implement our first primary care strategy and work to support the delivery of several national systems including the new child health system for the population of NHSGGC. As an experienced Programme Manager, you will lead a team of around 40wte to deliver a large number of programmes in collaboration with primary and secondary care and Public Health to ensuring the effective planning and performance management of all screening and childhood immunisation programmes, including call/recall systems compliant with national standards and guidelines. With a large, complex and varied programme this post is challenging but rewarding and will required the successful candidate to have outstanding leadership and influencing skills. Key to the role is the ability to influence and contribute to development of services and national programmes to ensure that they remain fit for purpose within the context of growing demand and financial pressures. Collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders is essential to support ongoing improvement to improve health outcomes for the population of NHSGGC while managing competing priorities for change and development and ensuring services remain safe and effective. Key to the role would be knowledge of the child health and screening programmes and experience of managing immunisation programmes.
