JOB DESCRIPTION: QUALITY & COMPLAINCE MANAGER (Full Time). ACCOUNTABLE TO: Operations Director LOCATION: Travel to various West Midlands locations (Wolverhampton, Bilston, Oldbury, and Birmingham). Please note, this role is field based at our Children’s Homes within the West Midlands with an element of working from home, so a driving license and access to a vehicle are essential. Hours 40 hours in any 7-day cycle, with flexibility to meet service needs Contract Full Time, Permanent Qualifications and Experience • A confident communicator with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills • Essential qualification NVQ level 5, or 7 (children and young people) • Skilled in developing quality systems, risk assessment, and service quality improvement strategies, preferably with a background in Ofsted as an inspector, or similar.
