This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a proven leader who can:
Drive and deliver a full PE exit
Operate at pace in a dynamic consumer environment
Partner closely with investors and the executive team
Experience Required:
Proven track record of delivering a PE exit (£40m+)
Strong retail / e-commerce or consumer goods experience
Commercially astute, strategic, and execution-focused
