The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 Basic (Depending on experience).
* Bonus: Performance and efficiency bonuses available to boost your take-home pay.

What You Will Be Doing
* Specialist Training: Learning how to diagnose and repair high-end German vehicles.
* Modern Maintenance: Handling servicing, brakes, and suspension to manufacturer standards.

* Future-Proofing: Getting hands-on experience with Hybrid and Electric vehicle systems.
Are You The One?
* You have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a workshop.
* You are qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 (NVQ or equivalent).
* You have a genuine interest in German brands and performance engineering.
* You hold a Full UK Driving Licence and are based in or near Maidstone, Aylesford, or Medway.
* You take pride in your work and want to move toward Master Tech status.
