About the Role
Join Restrata as an Emergency Control Room Operator (CRO) and be part of a high-performing team supporting global energy and industrial operations from our Operations Command Centre.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Monitoring global personnel tracking systems and responding to alerts.
* Acting as the first point of contact on the Restrata Emergency Line.
* Supporting emergency response teams during real incidents.
* Monitoring IT, communications, and safety systems across multiple client sites.
* Responding to helpdesk queries and logging support requests.
* Preparing daily reports and maintaining operational logs.
* Liaising with international offices and global clients.
* Assisting with training exercises and supporting operational projects.
