We are seeking a
Catering Assistant*
to provide high-quality food and beverage services at a busy onsite facility. This role also includes supporting bar services, reception duties, and basic accommodation management tasks as required.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Deliver food and beverage services across varied shift patterns, including early morning, daytime, evening, and bar shifts.
* Operate EPOS (till) systems accurately during service.
* Handle cash responsibly and follow profit protection procedures.
* Conduct stock checks and basic administrative/IT tasks.
* Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professional appearance.
* Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe systems of work.
* Provide excellent customer service and hospitality at all times.
* Remain current in all required job competencies and key performance standards.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth catering operations in line with established policies and procedures.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
Desirable:
* Catering experience.
* Food Safety Level 2 certification.
