Key Responsibilities of the Sales Performance Coach: To use performance data to identify Advisor needs, working with Team Managers to deliver structured coaching sessions. Run 121 sessions to help uncover areas of improvement and drive measurable uplift in performance. Lead calibration sessions and team discussions to share insight and data for performance improvement.
