Operating as an HR expert, the role provides professional advice, guidance, and support to managers and staff across a broad range of HR matters.
Key Responsibilities
HR Advisory & Case Management
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on a wide range of HR issues.
* Support managers in handling complex casework including performance management, attendance, and employee relations.
HR Projects & Initiatives
* Lead and deliver key HR initiatives across the employee life cycle, including workforce planning, organisational restructuring, and change management.
Data & Insights
* Analyse and report on HR metrics to support bench marking and inform the development of HR strategies and solutions.
Policy & Compliance
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Develop and review HR policies to ensure compliance with legislation and alignment with organisational goals.
Reward & Recognition
* Support the development and implementation of pay and reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Recruitment
* Support with writing job descriptions, advertising roles and conducting initial interviews.
