Overview
We're supporting a major organisation delivering one of the region's largest capital programmes and looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their growing commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in high-profile infrastructure projects, working within a collaborative environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the success of complex programmes.
Responsibilities
* Managing commercial activities across a portfolio of projects, including:
* Leading on cost management, procurement, and contract administration
* Preparing and reviewing budgets, forecasts, and tender documents
* Monitoring financial performance, identifying risks, and driving opportunities for value
* Negotiating with contractors and managing supply chain relationships
* Ensuring compliance with NEC contracts and commercial frameworks
* Producing accurate reporting to support decision-making at senior level
About You
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar, with relevant professional experience
* Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management within infrastructure, utilities, or construction
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
* Able to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
