HGV Class 1 Driver (Walking Floor Experience Preferred) Location: Kirkcaldy Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00 Start Date: ASAP Position Type: Temporary Pay: £15.00 – £16.81 per hour (PAYE or Advanced Holiday Pay options) - every 2nd Saturday. Enhanced rates for overtime and weekend. DH Recruitment and Driver Hire Fife are looking for a skilled and reliable Class 1 Driver to support our client in the transport of recyclable waste. Experience with walking floor trailers is preferred. Your Main Duties Will Include: Operating Class 1 vehicles with moving floor trailers for bulk recyclable material haulage Ensuring the safe and timely delivery and collection of loads between sites Performing routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance Following all road safety and compliance regulations What You’ll Need: A valid Class 1 (Category CE) driving licence Walking floor / moving floor trailer experience (preferred) A valid CPC and digital tachograph card Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable A professional attitude and strong communication skills Why Work With Us?
