Position Overview: You will build and lead the advertising function, turning insight and data into compelling, targeted campaigns that resonate across industries, regions, and cultures. This involves understanding how to speak to different audiences in a way that feels relevant, authentic, and persuasive - taking complex technical solutions and turning them into clear, engaging, and promotional campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, and demand. This role is both strategic and hands-on, shaping global advertising direction while actively creating, executing and optimising campaigns. Responsibilities: Lead MasterMover's global advertising strategy across digital, paid media, campaigns and promotions Translate data, insight and performance metrics into powerful campaign ideas and messaging Develop audience-led campaigns tailored to specific industries Own campaign planning from concept through to execution and evaluation Collaborate closely with sales, product and regional teams to ensure alignment and impact Manage agencies and external partners where required Build and develop the global advertising function, setting standards, processes and direction Who we're looking for You're a creative thinker with a commercial mindset. You love ideas, but you're grounded in evidence. You're as comfortable analysing campaign data as you are crafting a compelling message. You will likely have: Proven experience in a senior advertising, campaign or performance marketing role Strong understanding of how audiences think, behave and make decisions Experience creating B2B or technical product campaigns (industrial, engineering, manufacturing or similar is a strong advantage) A track record of turning insight and data into successful promotional campaigns Confidence leading a function and influencing stakeholders at all levels Excellent storytelling, messaging and communication skills Why Join MasterMover?
