Contract Length: 3 months Start Date: ASAP Location: Holborn Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00 Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Data Migration Assistant to support the university's transition to a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The role focuses on cleansing, validating, and preparing staff personal information to ensure a smooth and accurate migration. Key Responsibilities Perform manual data entry into the current CRM system. Run data integrity and quality reports to identify inconsistencies or missing information. Update and correct key fields, including: First names Last names Salutations/titles Email addresses Other staff personal information as required Identify and resolve data duplication, formatting issues, and inaccuracies. Maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive staff data. Support the preparation and cleansing of data to ensure the system is fully ready for migration. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure data quality improvements are implemented consistently.Skills & Experience Required Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with CRM systems or data entry (desired but not essential). Ability to interpret and follow data quality rules and reporting outputs. Good organisational and time-management skills.
