Deputy Manager – 42 hours per week – Kingfisher, Sutton-in-Ashfield
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Kingfisher, a welcoming and purpose-built Anchor care home situated in Sutton-in-Ashfield. This full-time role involves working 42 hours per week on a two-week rolling rota (Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday), with shifts from 08:00 to 20:00.

You will support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding, person-centred care, ensure compliance with CQC standards, and foster a positive, professional culture among our care team.
