What is Noda?
Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to your bank account. With a footprint in the UK, EU, and Canada (Australia up next!), we're seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to be part of our dynamic team based in UK or Europe.
Your mission/ What will you do?
* Achieving business goals and revenue targets in the region Expanding Noda presence in the market
* Participating in industry conferences
* Closing big personal deals
* Integration of at least 5 relevant clients in specified verticals per month
* Reporting on regional sales results
* Forecast quarterly and annual profits
* Encourage communication between team members
What are your skills and experience?
* 3+ years of management and leadership experience (preferably in FinTech)
* Proven experience in sales (with case examples)
* Relevant wide network in the region (with proof examples)
* Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent English knowledge, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools (experience in Salesforce will be a plus)
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred will be a plus
