Third Line Networking Analyst – Computacenter
Location: Hatfield, Nottingham or Milton Keynes (Full‑time, in‑office)

What You’ll Do
* Provide advanced technical support and fault management for customer environments
* Deliver technical projects and manage escalations
* Mentor 2nd Line analysts to enhance team capability
* Support service integration and design for new customers
* Implement proactive improvements and tooling integration
* Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to security policies
What You’ll Bring
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in 3rd Line network support
* Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and firewall technologies (NSX, Palo Alto, Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper)
* Experience with load balancers and authentication technologies
* Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* ITIL process knowledge and experience in a NOC or multi‑customer environment
