We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the smooth running of your section, working closely with senior chefs to deliver dishes to Michelin‑level standards. This role is ideal for a talented Commis or junior Demi Chef ready to take the next step, develop technical skill, and contribute to a world‑class kitchen environment. What You’ll Be Doing as Demi Chef De Partie: Supports the Chef de Partie in managing and operating a designated section to an exceptional standard. Prepares, cooks, and presents dishes in line with SOURCE’s culinary ethos and exacting standards. Assists with daily mise en place, stock rotation, and organisation. Works collaboratively with senior chefs on menu development and refinement. Helps guide and support Commis Chefs, contributing to a positive and professional kitchen culture. Maintains impeccable hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across all work areas. Contributes to smooth kitchen operations through teamwork, communication, and consistency.
