We are currently looking to recruit a full time Legal Assistant and/or Paralegal for our conveyancing team. We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual that can hit the ground running. The role is based in Chigwell, Essexwithin a team of skilled Legal Secretaries, Paralegals and Solicitors. This role involves administrative support to Solicitors on predominantly new build purchases.
Previous experience in a legal conveyancing background is required due to the high volume of work within the team. Candidates must be confident and well organised to deal with clients by telephone, email and in person, taking messages, dealing with basic enquiries and arranging appointments. A knowledge of the help to buy scheme would be an advantage but not essential.
