Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with clients, analyse their needs, and provide tailored solutions. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
* Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
* Utilise inhouse CRM software to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
* Lead presentations and meetings with clients to discuss strategies, progress, and results.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a sales environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving goals.
* Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships and sales activities.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
