Role Outline
We are looking for a friendly and approachable IT Systems and Support Engineer to join our operations team in Falmouth. You will be the primary point of contact for user support requests and will work closely with the DevOps team to develop, maintain, and enhance our user, workstation and network management, automation and security.

Main Responsibilities
* Internal user support
* Workstation purchasing, provisioning and management
* User accounts management
* Workstation cyber security
* Managing physical networking devices
* Developing and maintaining centralised management for all of the above
* Developing automated processes to reduce manual tasks
* Documentation and IT asset inventory
* Implementing IT compliance requirements
* Managing other IT appliances
Challenges
* Transforming legacy systems and network topologies
* Seamlessly migrating user accounts between systems
* Integrating globally located office and cloud networks
* Enabling interoperability between all user operating systems
