About You
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, heritage, conservation, or specialist contracting.
Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
Excellent commercial reporting, negotiation, and communication skills.
A genuine interest in heritage, conservation, or traditional construction techniques.
Organised, detail-focused, and able to work across multiple projects.
Backgrounds such as Assistant QS stepping up or experienced QS ready for more responsibility will be considered.
