The Role: * Office based near Newport with sites around South Wales * Working on the pre and post construction of projects from a Technical perspective * Overseeing building regulations, working drawings, technical queries etc * Liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects in a timely manner
The Person: * Previous experience working in a Civil Engineering or Technical role within a housebuilder or main contractor * Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders * Have Technical / Engineering experience in the Residential Sector (desired ) * Looking to take on a pivotal role with progression to directorship
