Job Summary
The Air Logistics Warehouse Agent is responsible for moving and sorting small packages by hand and pushcart from containers inside the warehouse to semi-trucks, in an open air, uncontrolled temperature environment.

* Load and unload package containers, moving packages by hand and pushcart, to warehouse to truck
* Build up package containers ready for outbound flights
* Break down package containers from arriving flights
* Remove tie-downs and other gear when loading and unloading
* Sort, scan and move small packages within the warehouse
* Operate package handling equipment such as pallet jacks and gaylords (push carts)
* Check air express containers for proper piece count
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum of one (1) year experience in similar role required
* Valid Driver’s license required
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays. Peak Season (November-December) may require longer hours
* Ability to read, write and understand the English language
* Ability to understand and react to verbal commands and safety warnings, with and without, assistance of sight or visual aids
Preferred Skills
* Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends (i.e., Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays, and days off.
* Ability to judge distances.
* Ability to successfully communicate with others.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, multiple times a day
* Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures, rain, wind and snow
* Ability to stand for an entire shift and travel long distances across our facilities by foot
