As Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in maintaining that brilliance across the team, delivering 14 great shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy. You will support the day-to-day operations of the Lounge, including rotas, team engagement, and customer feedback. Your standards will match ours, but your approach will be uniquely yours. You'll do it your way. Brilliant!
It's all about the detail. You will be involved in driving sales, team retention, training, customer service, and maintaining high standards. What You'll Bring
* You are probably an existing Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor with experience in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
* You will have experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation.
* A natural talent and passion for hospitality, with an excellent people management skill and a flair for talent spotting.
* Extremely driven and relentless in overcoming challenges or obstacles.
* Good literacy skills and excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs.
* Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision while adhering to pressure and timescales.
* Strong knowledge of best practices in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS.
