NetSuite System Administrator Opportunity – West Midlands
I’m working exclusively with one of my long-standing clients, a rapidly growing, innovative manufacturer, to help them find their next NetSuite System Administrator. You’ll be joining a high-performing Group Systems team and reporting directly to the Head of Group Systems. Based at their HQ in the West Midlands, this role plays a key part in supporting their international operations by ensuring NetSuite runs smoothly across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Acting as a key contact for 1st and 2nd line NetSuite support – keeping users productive and confident in the system.
* Partnering closely with end users to ensure they get the most out of NetSuite.
* Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing effective solutions.
* Creating saved searches and reports to deliver real-time business intelligence.
* Building and maintaining custom workflows to streamline operations.
* Working with software providers to optimise integrations and performance.
* Contributing to a wide range of NetSuite projects across the business.
* Using your customisation skills to enhance and tailor NetSuite processes.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
* Strong experience in a similar IT/System Admin role
* Hands-on NetSuite experience is a must, including saved searches, workflows, and customisations
* Experience with NetSuite Field Service Management (FSM) is highly desirable
* Good understanding of core business processes, ideally within sales & distribution
* Excellent communication skills – able to explain technical issues clearly
* Strong Excel skills and a logical, problem-solving mindset
