The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm, professional service and offering guidance on a range of banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities

2. Recommend suitable banking products and services tailored to individual needs.
3. Support and promote digital and self-service banking options.
4. Carry out transactions accurately, adhering to all compliance and control procedures.

Essential Skills & Experience:
