Job Description
Your role as Payroll Administrator
8. Data input of employee information into GKi
9. Validating data entered onto GKi by employees and managers
10. Processing payroll and checking calculations of statutory payments and deductions
11. Processing of absence and calculation of sick/maternity/paternity/shared parental/adoption payments
12. Assist with any ad hoc project work as required
What you’ll bring…
13. Good numeric and literacy skills, GCSE Maths and English (9-6 or A*-B) are essential, further education is desirable
14. Good level of IT literacy inclusive of Microsoft Excel
15. 1-year high volume Payroll experience (desirable but not essential)
16. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
17. Proven team player with high levels of integrity, confidentiality and discretion
18. Organised, methodical, self-motivated, and committed to providing quality service
19. Ability to react positively to sudden and unexpected changes in demand; a "can do" attitude
20. Ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines
21. Excellent communication skills
Qualifications:
22. Completed or working towards CIPP Foundation Degree (desirable but not essential)
