We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. Based in our office in the centre of Grantham, you will be working within the Sales Team which is deadline orientated and fast paced.
Business Development Executive – Join Our Growing Team
We’re Total Compliance, a progressive and fast-growing compliance and training consultancy. We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and strengthen relationships across transport, logistics, and construction.
This isn’t just another sales role. You’ll be reporting directly to the Director, working with clear systems and processes, and measured against KPIs and targets that support both your success and the company’s growth.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to generate new opportunities.
* Following up with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and even voice notes — whatever it takes to connect.
* Logging every activity on our CRM/ERP system (SAP Business One) to keep the pipeline accurate and up to date.
* Working to defined KPIs and sales targets, and celebrating when you exceed them.
* Collaborating with consultants and trainers to ensure a smooth handover for new clients.
* Representing Total Compliance with professionalism, integrity, and a focus on continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
* A confident communicator who’s not afraid to pick up the phone.
* Organised, detail-oriented and disciplined in following processes.
* Motivated by targets and KPI-driven success.
* Experience in sales, business development, or client management (knowledge of compliance, transport, or construction is a bonus).
* Comfortable using CRM/ERP systems (we’ll train you on SAP Business One).
