Office Assistant

The Role:
This is a varied and fast-paced position supporting the Office Manager and ensuring the smooth daily running of the office. You’ll play a key part in maintaining an organised, efficient, and welcoming environment while working closely with a collaborative EA team. Day to day will include:
* Supporting the Office Manager across a wide range of day-to-day operational needs
* Liaising with suppliers and managing office orders
* Identifying and reporting any minor maintenance issues
* Covering reception during lunchtimes and holidays
* Providing occasional overflow EA support where needed
* Ensuring the office runs seamlessly and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment
The ideal candidate will have previous office experience and be ready to take the next step in their career. You will be confident engaging with senior stakeholders, highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-focused mindset are essential. This role suits someone energised by being on the move and who enjoys getting to know people across the business
