An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to lead our Housing Team in the Hamilton Area Office.
Your key purpose will be to provide day-to-day management, supervision, and coordination of a team responsible for delivering high-quality services to our residents, working in partnership with other agencies.
It is essential that you demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of current Housing Legislation, including homelessness, allocations, and estate management.
You will be self-motivated with excellent communication skills. You will also need to work towards targets and timescales and have the ability to manage and motivate others to achieve results.
