The University is seeking an Academic Quality Officer (Partnerships) to join the Academic Quality Team. The University has a long history of agricultural education and is globally renowned for its links with industry and courses that meet the demands of the changing land-based sector. The University Strategy focuses on international and collaborative work to address global challenges such as climate change, food security and water resource management. It has a growing international footprint with strategic partnerships in China, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and the United Arab Emirates, and is pursuing an ambitious strategy to improve quality, standards and the student experience both at Cirencester and with collaborative partners.
To help achieve these priorities, they are recruiting an Academic Quality Officer (Partnerships). You will be passionate about maintaining high academic standards and building strong partnerships. You will support the activity of the Academic Quality team, working with collaborative partners and senior stakeholders to ensure rigorous and effective processes are in place to assure the quality and standards of their degrees. Reporting to the Academic Quality Assurance Manager, you will work with other Academic Quality Officers to provide a collaborative and supportive service to partners in the UK and overseas.
Responsibilities
* Maintain high academic standards and build strong partnerships with collaborative partners.
* Support the activity of the Academic Quality team, ensuring rigorous and effective processes are in place to assure quality and standards of degrees.
* Collaborate with partners and senior stakeholders to support the student experience and quality assurance at both Cirencester and partner institutions.
* Work with other Academic Quality Officers to provide a collaborative and supportive service to partners in the UK and overseas.
* Manage complex records, relationships and workloads with attention to detail.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in higher education administration.
* Experience collaborating closely with a range of staff and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage complex records, relationships and workloads.
