Senior Brand Manager
Location: Market Drayton (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Are you a passionate and experienced Brand Manager ready to take the next step in your career? Müller is seeking a dynamic Senior Brand Manager to join our branded business within the Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape the Müller brand strategy, acting as the brand guardian and driving impactful campaigns across multiple channels.
Main Responsibilities:
Brand Guardianship
1. Develop and execute the Müller Masterbrand strategy.
2. Champion integrated marketing communications (IMC) across sub brand campaigns.
3. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies.
4. Drive digital and social strategy in collaboration with the broader team.
5. Lead design and artwork implementation processes.
6. Manage the Masterbrand budget.
7. Support brand health and advertising effectiveness measurement.
Brand Communications & Activation
8. Coordinate with Shopper Marketing for through-the-line execution.
9. Support development and activation of Masterbrand campaigns.
10. Lead media planning for ROI and support UK media planning.
11. Manage relationships with agency partners.
12. Supply key brand materials to Sales, agencies, and internal functions.
Product Strategy
13. Oversee the Müller Product Roadmap Strategy with cross-functional teams.
14. Support sustainable packaging initiatives aligned with brand experience.
15. Contribute to creative solutions for brand challenges and opportunities.
Key Requirements:
16. Proven experience in campaign development and agency management.
17. FMCG marketing experience is advantageous.
18. Passionate, tenacious, and proactive with a positive attitude.
