Job Description:
Our client is an award-winning leader in infection prevention, clinical waste management, and surgical solutions to healthcare facilities across the globe. Due to their significant growth, they are looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen the position of the business in the Irish Market and UK Long Term Care Accounts by supporting distributors through strategic initiatives and cross-selling activities and day-to-day key account support.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a national business plan for Ireland with focused markets and product ranges by distributor to drive retention and growth aligned with B2B and VCI strategies.
* Segment accounts to provide an elevated level of key account management to strategic accounts, involving senior leadership and stakeholders as needed.
* Achieve sales and margin objectives.
* Collaborate with B2B colleagues and marketing to identify and develop new accounts and communicate crossover opportunities.
* Meet individual KPIs.
* Build and manage relationships with key customers, professionals, and stakeholders to grow the business with existing and new customers.
* Use specialist product knowledge and skills to communicate key messages and offer solution-focused sales.
* Comply with all policies, procedures, and standards.
* Demonstrate the company’s core values consistently.
* Work closely with Customer Services and UK Commercial teams for support.
Candidate requirements:
* Management and experience in the Irish Healthcare Market is desirable.
* B2B Sales, Key Account Management experience, or medical training within healthcare industry.
