Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Model Booker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in model booking, with excellent networking skills and a keen eye for talent. As a Senior Model Booker, you will be responsible for scouting new talent, managing model portfolios, and liaising with a range of global clients to secure bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scouting, development and management of talent.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with models, clients, and industry professionals.
* Negotiate contracts and secure bookings for models in commercial projects.
* Reaching an individual and team monetary target.
* Provide guidance and career development advice to models.
* Coordinate schedules, bookings, and assignments to maximize opportunities for talent.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging talent.
* Assisting with marketing, social media and new business.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a model agency, at least 1-2 years
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
* A keen eye for identifying potential talent.
* Knowledge of the modelling industry trends and standards
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Experience using model agency software
