The Faculty of Science and Technology at Lancaster University is seeking to appoint two part-time Student Programmes Coordinators, (3 days per week). Working within the Faculty’s Education Services team, the role holder will support the delivery and administration of student programmes and the student experience. As part of a collaborative professional services team delivering high quality administrative support to students and academic staff, the role holders will work within academic department teams, providing support where it is needed. The ideal candidate for this role will take a collaborative approach, contributing to continuous improvement, problem solving and promoting consistency. This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys a diverse workload and can adapt to working with a wide range of colleagues. Attention to detail will be key, as will the ability to develop positive, productive and supportive working relationships. This is a student-facing role and requires on-campus presence, with some opportunity for hybrid working. At Lancaster University we support each other by being open and fair, and promoting diversity. ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will:

• Have experience of providing a high level of customer service.

• Have the ability to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• Be able to present information accurately and communicate effectually with a wide range of people.

• Be able to demonstrate competent IT skills and the ability to work with new systems and software in an evolving digital environment. THE BENEFITS OF THE ROLE
