Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee daily Restaurant/F&B/Event operations, manage reservations, and ensure efficient service using restaurant POS systems.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the front-of-house team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high service standards.
Customer Experience: Ensure guests receive top-notch service, manage feedback effectively, and handle special requests with professionalism.
Menu and Beverage Program: Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to develop seasonal menus and maintain food and beverage quality standards.
Compliance and Safety: Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Marketing and Events: Partner with the marketing team to promote the restaurant through events, promotions, and social media initiatives.
Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain cost efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in hospitality.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and events, including kitchen and bar management.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to problem-solve and work effectively under pressure.
Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in restaurant management software (POS systems, scheduling tools) is advantageous.
