Job Title: Secondary School Teacher
Location: Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire
Salary: Paid to scale

Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time | Day-to-Day / Long-Term
GSL Education is currently recruiting Secondary School Teachers across a range of subjects to work with partner secondary schools in Scunthorpe. We welcome applications from experienced teachers, ECTs, and teachers returning to the profession who are seeking flexible or longer-term opportunities.

Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 where applicable).
* Follow lesson plans or adapt teaching to meet the needs of learners.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote positive learning environments.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback when required.
* Work collaboratively with department staff and senior leadership.
* Uphold safeguarding, behaviour, and school policies at all times.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting.
* Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
* A flexible, professional, and reliable approach to work.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
