After a successful start, our clothing brand PEP&CO is expanding, providing affordable fashion to families in communities where Poundland & Dealz stores operate. We call it a “shop within a shop,” a dedicated PEP&CO area selling clothing for children, women, and men.
We are seeking someone who will deliver excellent customer service by ensuring the clothing range is merchandised and replenished efficiently. Every day, the store will look fantastic!
You should have a passion for fashion and retail experience working in fashion or with clothing products would be a bonus. An interest in working in a fast-paced store environment like ours is essential. You should be willing to roll up your sleeves and live up to our values of putting customers first.
On a day-to-day basis, you will use your initiative to ensure the store looks great, deliveries are received efficiently, and everything is merchandised correctly.
As a Sales Assistant, you will:
* Ensure excellent customer service in every interaction, being friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
* Maintain product availability by replenishing stock as directed.
* Work as part of the store team to create a fun and friendly environment.
* Live the company values by taking individual responsibility and working towards team goals.
* Implement store changes and promotions accurately and promptly.
Flexibility is important; you may be required to work shifts.
