The Role
Due to strategic growth, this leading regional law firm is looking for an experienced Contentious Probate Partner to further develop its presence in the Cambridgeshire area. The appointed Senior Lawyer will step into an existing caseload from day one, and is expected to build and shape the contentious probate offering locally.
Handling a broad range of disputes, you will be expected to advise on Inheritance Act claims, trusts disputes, estate administration conflicts, will validity challenges, and work closely with the wider private client team.
The Candidate
You are an established Partner with an existing following, or a Senior Associate or Legal Director looking to take the next step in your career. As the appointed Contentious Probate Partner, you will be commercially driven and an avid business developer, while demonstrating strong technical experience in contentious probate and trusts disputes.
You will build confidential networking and relationships, and be keen to make your mark in a supportive but ambitious practice.
