Position: Customer Service Advisor (Part Time)
Location: Birchwood, Warrington
Hours: Part Time, Rotational shifts (Between 8:30 am-5:15 pm Monday - Friday)
Salary: £25,000 Pro Rata
Contract: Permanent
Please note that training is full-time 9:00 am- 5:00 pm Monday - Friday for 4 weeks, then your rotating shifts will be: Week one: 8:30 - 13:00 Week two: 14:15 - 17:15
Overview:
HRGO is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join an expanding contact centre team in Birchwood, Warrington. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.
Key Duties:
* Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat.
* Provide accurate information about products and services.
* Assist in resolving customer issues and processing returns.
* Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications/Skills:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanour.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
