Your Responsibilities
As a Care Professional, your duties may include:
1. Providing personal care and support with daily routines
2. Assisting with personal hygiene and toileting
3. Preparing meals and refreshments
4. Supporting with medication reminders
5. Helping with household tasks and home care support
6. Providing companionship and emotional support
7. Accompanying clients to appointments, shops, pharmacies, social activities, and community events
8. Supporting clients living with dementia and other specialist care needs
