We're looking for a Development Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll support the delivery of new housing developments by providing reliable coordination, administration, and communication across a range of projects.
What you'll do:
1. Provide excellent coordination and administration support for development activities, including managing accurate data across our housing and project management systems
2. Carry out research and investigation work for development and asset related activities as required
3. Help manage project data, track progress and support compliance with key policies
4. Assist with the preparation and administration of key internal meetings that involve development papers and schemes
5. Attend site meetings and assist with property handovers
6. Manage key systems and documentation accurately and efficiently
