Premises Manager / School Site Manager Location: BradfordContract: Part Time (Potential for Permanent)Start Date: 05/01/2026Salary: Competitive, DoE We are recruiting on behalf of a respected school trust for a reliable, proactive Premises Manager to ensure school buildings and grounds remain safe, clean, secure and well-maintained. This role is ideal for an experienced caretaker, facilities professional or skilled handyperson seeking a varied and rewarding position. About the Role You will oversee the day-to-day running of the school site, leading on maintenance routines, health & safety checks, security, cleaning supervision and minor repairs. You'll act as a key holder, complete planned preventative maintenance, monitor utilities, and ensure a safe environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
