Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We work hard to enrich the lives of people with various care needs. It’s exciting and rewarding work, and we’re proud of what we do.
Since our inception, we’ve grown to provide innovative and bespoke care services across England and Scotland. We support based on principles of choice, dignity, and respect, aligning with our vision of ‘Your Life, Your Choice’ and our strategy ‘Best Lives Possible’.
We have strong values and are proud to pioneer new ways of delivering social care. Recently, we have received numerous awards and recognitions.
We focus on our people. Our Support Workers are dedicated and passionate about going ‘the extra mile’ for those we support. In return, we invest in pay, recognition, wellbeing, and professional development. We provide comprehensive training, support, and PPE, and offer career development opportunities.
Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Are you an experienced Carer or Support Worker who loves making a difference?
Is a supportive and satisfying job important to you?
If yes, consider joining us as a Support Worker in Tullibody, supporting individuals in their own purpose-built bungalows. Some of those we support are experiencing living independently for the first time and need patience and understanding as they settle in.
The individuals face challenges from learning disabilities, Autism, mental health issues, and sensory impairments but enjoy activities like dancing, music, socialising, gardening, sports, cooking, animals, and parties.
Our team supports with medication, cooking, personal care, and maintaining homes and finances. The shifts are from 8am–8pm or overnight from 8pm–8am, providing a safe environment for the individuals.
We are recruiting for full-time (36 hours) and part-time (24+ hours) roles, including some weekend and night shifts. Bank roles are available. A UK driving license is a bonus but not mandatory. This role requires a male support worker, as per the Equality Act, to support specific individuals.
Your values:
We value support staff who respect individuals and their homes, are reliable, honest, and fun-loving, helping to build trust and positive relationships.
