Our client is seeking a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to manage a Medical site in Luton. Our client can offer great career progression and regularly promote from within the business. As a Building Services Engineer you will work as the stand alone engineer on site, working Monday-Friday (normal working hours) with plenty of over time available.
* Carry out the preventative maintenance program on site
* Carry out reactive maintenance works
* Writing and carrying out quoted works
* General Building Maintenance carried out when needed.
* Liaise with our clients representative on a day to day basis regarding work issues
* To provide a service at all times to the nominated clients by ensuring that the standards of work and the materials supplied are as specified in accordance with the contract information
* Fixing faults on site or arranging for replacement machinery or equipment to be installed as necessary
* Liaise with building facilities team to ensure any shared landlord and tenant systems are operating correctly
* NVQ/C&G Mechanical/Plumbing
* Gas Qualifications (desired)
* 18th Edition (desired)
* Previous experience within the FM industry or as a building maintenance engineer
