Shift Patterns * Day shifts: 8:00am – 8:00pm * Night shifts: 8:00pm – 8:00am * Minimum commitment: 3 shifts per week * Opportunities to pick up additional shifts Key Responsibilities * Provide consistent emotional, practical and behavioural support * Maintain a safe, nurturing and positive living environment * Promote independence through structured routines and life skills coaching * Build strong, trusting relationships with young people * Support individuals with challenging behaviours, trauma and complex needs * Take part in in-house and community-based activities * Work collaboratively as part of a child-focused, supportive team * Adhere to safeguarding principles and Children’s Home Regulations (Ofsted) What We’re Looking For * ...
