* Create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
* Support children’s physical, emotional, and social development
* Lead by example and promote best practices
* Champion the key person approach to build secure attachments
* Use EyLog and EyMan systems to maintain accurate records
* Ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
🎯 What You’ll Need
* Level 3 Childcare Qualification – essential
* 1+ year experience in Early Years – essential
* Leadership experience – desirable
* Strong knowledge of EYFS & Ofsted standards
* Excellent communication skills
