Our client, a highly respected and growing legal firm based in Glasgow, is looking to appoint a Legal Administrator to join their Onboarding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to take on a key role within a fast-paced legal environment.

The Role
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the onboarding of new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into the conveyancing process.
Key responsibilities include:
Engaging with clients to obtain Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation and managing the allocation of new business instructions.
Ensuring all transactions are promptly assigned to the appropriate conveyancing team member.
Liaising with introducers to keep them informed of allocation progress and relevant case handlers.
Maintaining accurate client records and organising all associated documentation using the in-house case management system.
Providing regular reporting to the New Business Management team on case figures and allocation metrics.
Collaborating with the conveyancing team to manage workloads evenly across the department.
Essential skills & experience:
Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within property, legal, or professional services.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confidence communicating via phone and email.
